To maintain this high-level of quality amid recent labor shortages and increasing supply chain and manufacturing costs, we will be adjusting the price of our products on October 1, 2022, at midnight (MT).

This is a global change, with the exception of the Philippines. For most markets, there will only be a minimal price increase. Commissionable volume points (CV) will remain at the current level or, in some cases, have been increased.

Some markets may see further price adjustments in order to more closely align globally and make it easier to build an international business. These markets will also see some CV levels go up, some down.

With the exception of Europe and the United Kingdom, which will see some increases due to changes in currency peg rates (exchange rates), there will be no increase to the price of enrollment packs at this time. So the savings will be even greater for enrolling Distributors.

FAQs

Q: Will this be a one-time change?

A: Until now, LifeVantage has absorbed all cost increases and has never had a global price adjustment. We are also one of the last direct selling companies to increase prices due to recent economic challenges. Moving forward, to maintain a healthy business, we will monitor and analyze prices throughout the year and adjust our prices as needed, based on individual markets.

Q: If I place an order after midnight on October 1, 2022, will Customer Service be able to backdate my order so I can get the old price or points?

A: We will NOT be able to retroactively adjust pricing on any orders placed after 11:59 (MT) on September 30, 2022. No exceptions will be made for this.

Q: The United States just had an increase on shipping rates? Why do you need to increase product prices now, too?

A: Unfortunately, shipping costs have also increased dramatically in recent months. When those increases were taken in consideration along with the introduction of TrueScience® Liquid Collagen, it was no longer feasible for us to continue offering free shipping for all subscription orders. The recent change to the shipping policy was to cover those costs. This adjustment reflects the increased costs associated with making our products. In some cases, we’ve seen costs rise as much as 163% on raw materials in only one year.

Q: Why is the price changing in all markets (except Philippines)?

A: Because we buy and manufacture all products in the United States, the cost increase impacts all the products we make. There have also been recent changes to PEG rates, impacting some international markets, that are also included in these price adjustments.

Q: Is there any way I can get my products for less money?
